When you have openings that are custom or challenging the old school barn door hardware has been an option but was fairly limited to options that were more rustic or old world. Those can be cool looks but check out the Oden series by Krown Labs. These guys have really dialed-in to some precision-crafted design spin on an older concept. Fair warning, no Barn Door hardware is cheap, especially when you start getting into specialty types like this. But for the Ferarri of hardware, not only do you have different mounting options and styles like polished finishes or gunmetal black, but to top it off you can select a custom color for the wheel bearing caps, track ends and stops. I can honestly say in my limited researching I haven't seen something this customizable ever. So imagine looking up, see this aluminum rail with a white bearing wheel and cap, or blue, polished chrome or even orange; you call attention to it. A little detail like that makes a big difference in the custom world. The color upgrades run about $150 and if you aren't into that you can stick with a timeless brushed end cap finish. The best part is for the money you invest in the hardware which is on the higher side, you can reap back some reward with a barn door you can build in your garage out of inexpensive materials for a fun weekend project. Best of luck and let's go build something.
