Just because your house is small, that doesn’t mean it has to be boring.
At M&F we pour over details for your custom home with you. This photo is about 3 weeks prior to us turning the keys over, but wanted to share some details with you. In the back drop, we have a dining room wall clad with Timeline wood, one of my favorite distressed wall cladding products. To the left, we have two custom made barn doors from Rustica Hardware and Design that are stunning. In the back right over looking the beautiful Boerne hill country, we have a custom butted glass design for an uninterrupted view. In the kitchen, we have a pair of antler encased pendant lights and a stainless farmers sink. The ceilings have real cedar beams and finally the floors are a new ceramic-based wood look floor for the easiest of maintenance for years to come. I haven’t shown you the living room, but we have a humidor and wine room with Mexican jail doors as the entry. There is so much you can do with a little imagination.
