These photos are from the night before handing the house over.  Just me there, and dark, so I flipped the lights on to give it one last once over.  When I was in college one of my best friends when he would get serious would say “Kevin, I’m about to turn the lights down low with what I’m about to tell you…” Hilarious intro to what was coming next when he would say that but seriously getting to the finish line in whatever business or project you’re on is hard.  In fact, if you’re anything like me you probably don’t take the time to sit back and appreciate what you’ve done.  I’m turning the lights down low on you here but what I’m trying to say is this is the only time as a builder that we normally get to appreciate it, the night before when it’s quiet, clean, the noise and dust has settled and for the first time you’re not focusing on what’s wrong with the place.
